Directions:

1. Prepare the shortbread dough: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead briefly with your hands or a stand mixer until a firm dough forms. Shape the dough into a rectangular block (about 8-10 cm in height), wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or overnight.

2. Cut the cookies: Remove the dough from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Cut slices about 0.5 cm thick, then cut each slice into 3–4 strips, depending on your desired stick width. Place the cookies on baking trays lined with parchment paper and chill them again for 30 minutes.

3. Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat or 160°C (320°F) fan. Bake the cookies one tray at a time for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

4. Decorate: Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Dip one side of each cooled cookie into the melted dark chocolate. Drizzle the milk chocolate over the dark chocolate using a piping bag or spoon, then sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Allow the chocolate to set completely.
