The Rights of Users and Data Subjects

  • According to Art. 21 GDPR, data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of the data concerning them, provided that the data is processed by the person responsible in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e and f. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.
  • According to Art. 77 GDPR, every person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that the processing of their personal data violates the data protection provisions of the GDPR.

In addition, according to Art. 19 GDPR, the person responsible is obliged to notify all recipients to whom personal data has been disclosed of any correction or deletion of personal data or a restriction of processing according to Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist if this notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Irrespective of this, the person concerned has a right to information about these recipients.

If the legal basis is not mentioned in the data protection declaration, the following applies:

  • the legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR,
  • the legal basis for the processing to fulfill our services and to carry out contractual measures as well as to answer inquiries is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR,
  • the legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for processing data in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Duration of Storage

Data transfer to third parties and third countries

  • If we disclose data to other persons and companies (contract processors or third parties) as part of our processing, transfer or otherwise grant them access to the data, this is only done on the basis of legal permission (e.g. if the data is transferred to third parties, such as to payment service providers, according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR is required to fulfill the contract), you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.). Data Collection on this Website

Server Data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, your internet browser transmits data to us or to our web space provider. With these so-called server log files, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL), the website (s) of our website that you are visiting, the date and time of the respective access as well as the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is used.
