Some Recipe Tips:
Adjusting Garlic Flavor: Vary the number of garlic cloves to achieve the desired intensity of garlic flavor, whether stronger or milder.
Oil Variation: Experiment with different oils, such as olive oil or a blend of rapeseed oil and olive oil, to create unique flavor profiles.
Adjusting Consistency: If the aioli is too thick, thin it out with a few drops of additional milk. If it’s too thin, simply add more oil.
Making It Vegan: Substitute the milk with plant-based alternatives like almond milk or oat milk to make a vegan version.
Storage: Homemade Aioli should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It generally stays fresh for about 1 week.
Uses for Aioli:
As an Appetizer: Serve aioli with tapas, grilled seafood, or fried appetizers.
As a Dip: Enjoy aioli as a dip for crusty bread, vegetable sticks, or chips. It’s especially delicious with freshly baked baguette or croutons.
As a Sauce: Use aioli as a tasty sauce for grilled or roasted meats like chicken, lamb, or beef. It also pairs wonderfully with grilled fish.
In Sandwiches: Spread aioli on sandwiches or burgers for extra flavor and creaminess. It complements ingredients like grilled vegetables, fried chicken, or beef.
