Ingredients:
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g creme fraiche
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 300 g small frozen pre-cooked shrimps, thawed, drained, and patted dry
  • lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

1. Prepare the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, onion, mustard, and dill.

2. Add the shrimp and season: Gently fold in the shrimps and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

4. Serve: Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Squeeze lemon over the salad just before serving.

Thoroughly dry the shrimps: After thawing, ensure the shrimps are completely drained and patted dry to prevent excess moisture from diluting the dressing.
