  • 150 g fresh ginger 
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • about 200 ml water 
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder

How to make the Wellness Shots:

(1) Prepare all Ingredients

Peel and chop 150 g fresh ginger, 2 oranges, and 2 lemons into small pieces.

(2) For the Wellness Shot

Place the ginger, orange and lemon pieces, 1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns, and approximately 200 ml of water in a high-speed blender. Blend the mixture until smooth.

Strain the juice through a sieve, add 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, and thoroughly mix. While you can incorporate the turmeric powder at the beginning, I prefer adding it at the end to prevent any discoloration of the blender.

(3) Bottle into Small Containers

Divide the juice into small bottles, enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

This recipe yields approximately 500 ml of juice.
