Baked Camembert with Rosemary & Garlic

Baked Camembert refined with rosemary and garlic is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for the cold weather season. The creamy and rich melted Camembert is great for dipping, perfectly delicious paired with a glass of red wine, a quick meal, or as a snack for your next party.

Ingredients you will need for this recipe:
  • 1 camembert
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • some fresh rosemary

How to make Baked Camembert:

(1) Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, top/bottom heat.

(2) Prepare the Camembert

Take the Camembert out of its plastic wrap and put it back in its wooden box.

Place the Camembert in its wooden box on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

With a sharp knife, cut a crisscross pattern into the Camembert. Press the chopped garlic and rosemary into the incisions, drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

(3) Bake the Camembert

Bake the Camembert in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until it is slightly golden on the outside and nicely melted on the inside.

Enjoy the baked Camembert with baguette, any bread of your liking or crackers.
