Ingredients you will need for this recipe:
  • 2 strawberries
  • Ice cubes
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon
  • 40 ml Limoncello
  • 80 ml Prosecco
  • Extra lemon slices and strawberries for decoration

How to make Strawberry Limoncello Spritz:

(1) Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the strawberries and lemon.

Prepare the garnish by cutting thin lemon slices and twisting some lemon peel into strips.

(2) Mix the Cocktail:

In a short cocktail glass, add 2 strawberries and muddle until they are broken up into small pieces.

Add 1 lemon slice and ice cubes to the glass. Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice of half a lemon over the ice. Add 40 ml of Limoncello. Top with 80 ml of Prosecco. Give it a light stir to mix the ingredients.

(3) Garnish & Serve:

Garnish the cocktail with a twisted lemon peel and a sliced strawberry as desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Limoncello Spritz!
