Some Recipe Tips:
Color-Changing Gin: For the magical color-changing effect, use a Gin, that has a color-changing effect. Those Gins usually contain a special blue flower, that reacts with the acidity of the added tonic, pineapple juice and lemon juice. This reaction turns the deep blue color of the Gin into a purple-pink.
You can, of course, use any Gin of your liking. You will lose the magical color-changing effect, but this Gin & Tonic Cocktail will still look and taste delicious!
