Ingredients:
- 1/2 watermelon
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper

Directions:



(1) Prepare the Ingredients:
Crumble the feta into small pieces and set aside in a small bowl for later.
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large serving bowl.
Slice the basil leaves into thin strips.
(2) Make the Dressing:
Combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
(3) Assemble the Salad:
