This Blueberry Gin & Tonic with Rosemary is a refreshing drink with perfectly balanced flavors of blueberry, elderflower and rosemary. The deep purple coloring of the blueberry simple syrup turns into a festive berry pink, when mixing, making it a beautiful drink for the holidays.

Ingredients you will need for this recipe:
- blueberries
- white granulated sugar
- water
- gin
- elderflower tonic
- ice cubes
- rosemary sprig
- white and brown granulated sugar rim

How to make Blueberry Gin & Tonic w/Rosemary:
(1) Blueberry Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring 100 g blueberries, 100 g white granulated sugar and 100 ml water to a boil, stir to help the sugar dissolve. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the blueberries with a fine-mesh strainer and let the syrup cool.
(2) Blueberry Gin & Tonic with Rosemary
Create a sugar rim with some white and brown granulated sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of blueberry simple syrup to the bottom of the glass and top it up with some ice cubes. Add 40 ml gin and 60 ml elderflower tonic water. Roll the sprig of rosemary in your hand to release the aromas, add to your glass and garnish with some fresh blueberries.
