Some Recipe Tips:
Bread Choice: Use high-quality Japanese Shokupan or a soft milk bread to achieve the best texture and flavor. I used thick slices, but feel free to choose your preferred slice thickness. Feel free to check out my Shokupan Recipe if you’re interested in baking it yourself.
Ketchup Variations: Experiment with different types of ketchup, such as spicy ketchup or tomato sauce, to add extra flavor to the toast.
Cheese Blend: Mix different types of cheese like mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda for a richer variety of flavors.
Additional Toppings: Add extra toppings you enjoy, such as ham, mushrooms, or olives, to customize the pizza toast to your liking.
Keep an Eye on Baking Time: Pay attention during baking to ensure the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown. The exact baking time may vary depending on the oven, so keep an eye on it.
